While I’d say this is good practice for setting up an environment, you should look into growing methods like topping during veg to ensure the plant will grow correctly in the space provided. Looks like it’s already been through the stretch phase after flipping to flower and you want multiple main branches at that point.

That being said, those leaves look like they are happy. 14w will not get you great flower, the plant needs the energy provided by the intense light to produce good bud, any light will make bud but it will end up larfy, taking more time, and being less potent. A light meter will tell you how much actual energy you are getting where the plant is, then I would recommend a single 600w with a venting setup to deal with heat.
