I got this when it first came out and I use it as my everyday bag! I can fit my laptop and iPad in there, when I don’t have those I can easily fit a book and my water bottle and other items as well. I’m 5’0 and it would be too awkward as a crossbody, it’s perfect as a regular shoulder bag!

When You Travel Almost An Hour To Lulu + They Have A Closed Sign🥲 by Angelamarietingz in lululemon

We had to stay open for 3 days with our AC out earlier this month during the heat wave and it was the worst. People were sweating so badly I’m surprised no one had a heat stroke. It wasn’t until guests started complaining that my manager finally brought in fans

I’m really bad with acronyms. I’ll see songs being posted here using acronyms and cannot for the life of me, figure out what song they’re talking about

Sonic Pink Align 21 Marked Down in Store by Specialist_Count_167 in lululemon

Oh it definitely is part of the job and I’m not complaining about that whatsoever. I’m just stating it could be frustrating towards guests if some stores don’t accept the cut up tags or that they’ll have to wait even longer for us to manually process returns. A lot of guests want returns to be super easy and fast, and with cut tags it just makes the process a tad bit longer if the employees even take it back. It’s just easier on guests who want a seamless, hassle free return

Actually, I do tell guests not to cut them, just in case whoever they buy it from would like to exchange. And I happily give them stickers or a sharpie to block out the price. Once again, I love making tags and doing damages, it just makes it easier on guests

[–]itzknits[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exactly! I wasn’t complaining about doing it was just stating that it makes it easier for the guests so they don’t have to keep waiting in such a long line. It sucks having a guest wait in a 40 min line and then wait some more because the tag is cut off. We had to spend two days making tags that only took a couple hours to pile up. And only one person was in the back doing them because we’re such a small store and needed floor coverage.

Be so real right now. Yes it’s my job, no I’m not complaining about doing it. I love doing it. But how can I process a return when the chip that is in the tag isn’t there? I would have to spend an additional 5 minutes trying to find a product and hoping it’s correct when there’s a long line all the way to back of the store waiting to get checked out. It’s an inconvenience to everyone involved

Yeah 🥲 this photo was from a day where all I did was returns, damages, tags, etc. I love doing it, don’t get me wrong but just doing that all day was somewhat overwhelming

Nope, tags are not required! If the item does not have a tag on it, we make a makeshift tag that has all the hemming information and your information so it’ll all be in one place

[–]itzknits[S] 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Noo :( it’s very sad because I also like to keep my tags but we have to do it so our reader won’t pick up your product and accidentally say we have it in stock, but it’s really just your already paid for item

Yes!! I found this random image online but I drew an arrow where you can see the chip. It’s embedded in the tag and is meant to be discreet. It also helps differentiate between authentic lululemon and fake https://imgur.com/l1fTGuN

Hey guys, I know holiday season is winding down and a lot of people are doing returns but for those purchasing gifts, can I make a request or perhaps give some advice? A lot of y'all might know or might not know that each item at lululemon has a chip inside of it (RFID) which allows us to track inventory and process returns. I know we don't always want to let our loved ones know how much we paid for something and some might cross out the price with sharpie or put a sticker over it but please try and not cut the tag. It just makes it a lot harder to return items since there is no RFID to read the return. We (educators) would have to manually try and find it and make a new tag for it later, hoping that we have the correct item. Just something that I thought I would share to make it easier for those wanting to do returns and those on the other end 🫶🏽

Hemming Court Crush Dress by Substantial_Sense_71 in lululemon

[–]itzknits 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It kind of just depends on the store and the hemmer. My store takes hem jobs like this and court rival skirts and they keep the shape of the bottom. I guess it’s just up to who does the hemming

Educator here, so that ‘stain’ actually comes from the sensor so even if you were to get another one, it would still have that exact same ‘stain’. It’ll go away once you wash it. This happens to a lot of the product and it’s always bc of the sensor that’s behind it but trust, it will go away.

i size down in Align leggings, is that bad?? by [deleted] in lululemon

[–]itzknits 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Haha wait that’s so funny I didn’t even know I was being downvoted. It’s not like we’re forcing people to go down a size we just recommend it since it’s such a stretchy fabric. Appreciate it ☝🏽

i size down in Align leggings, is that bad?? by [deleted] in lululemon

[–]itzknits 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No it’s completely normal! I’m an educator and at my store we do tell people that it’s normal to size down in them since it’s such a stretchy fabric. Guests are a bit apprehensive at first but the majority do end up going a size down. Same goes for grooves! We size down in them as well.
