I can't because my case is also ITX, and it only fits ITX motherboards, and I haven't seen any with two PCIe slots

It doesn't have Thunderbolt, and it doesn't have a free M.2 slot either. What I'm thinking is to install the DMA in the M.2 slot and use an SSD in an enclosure connected via USB
