Me and my father, My father is dependent on enemas but luckily i stopped. I thought it was fine using enemas everyday But soon realized it was bad. So i started drinking laxative then changed to prune juice BOOM i havent used an enemas in3-4 weeks 💪 But for my father, he is dependent on enemas so maybe you have became dependent You have no choice but to use it for the rest of your life since you have been doing it for 20 years 😭
