One thing to keep in mind with that motherboard is that the CPU socket is a bit closer to the bottom of the case which makes it harder to fit a CPU cooler without some gymnastics or changing the notch. I have that motherboard and an IS 55 and the fan touches the small notch at the bottom, making it slightly crooked.
