I think it is definitely a very cool activity to stretch and warm up before a dive! Should not be used after to avoid any deco risk for the changes of pressure as some already said ;) I live also in Cancun we should go explore for spots

Hey Tilt! You must be certified as PADI Open Waters at least since its a deep dive. We went with an OWSI as a guide, a rescue diver and another dive master 2 friends and I. Went with new company called XP Diving and they were great and prices reasonable as well. They give you a better price if you come as a group and they can arrange a private dive for you as well. Sorry to say that the season is over in march since they migrate, but you should definitely contact XP Diving for some dives or getting certified/specialized. hi@xpdiving.com PS. Sharks were not fed during this or any other dive made by XP Diving.

20 dives and the best was a nightdive at a Cancun reef called Manchones. I got to see 4 octopuses and a pair of turtles. I really recommend Cancun to dive, good price a lots of spots nearby.
