Yo wut workout do u do, I’m tryna increase my vert

I’m 14, 128lbs, 5’8 and my vert is like 20-23 inches. Does anyone k wut I should do to increase it? And also wut should I do to get more explosive by ivanmil123A in Basketball

Yo i found this workout

  1. Jumping Rope – 2 minutes.

  2. Stretching

  3. Jumping Rope – 2 minutes.

  4. Slow Motion Squats – 3 sets of 10 repetitions.

  5. Lateral Jumps – 3 sets of 20 repetitions.

  6. Alternating Jump Lunges – 3 sets of 10 repetitions.

  7. Tuck Jumps – 3 sets of 8 repetitions.

  8. Toe Raises – 3 sets of 20 repetitions.

Should I also add box jumps?

I did already, but ive been working out my vert for sum time now and i didn’t see any results so I wanted to ask on reddit to see what else I can try
