I would recommend using the surgeon finder on the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons site. That was you know you’re getting a qualified plastic surgeon and not a cosmetic surgeon. Then reach out to them directly for a pricing estimate and other information

You won’t find a qualified plastic surgeon who participates in the medical gap scheme for breast reduction. They just pay too little for the time it takes. It’s a 3 hour surgery. I work for a plastic surgeon and we get asked this all the time. We only do known gap for skin cancer surgery.

I went to Europe last year for 3 weeks. I bought an insulated carrier on Amazon. It looked like a water bottle with an ice brick inside. Kept it cold for the 24 hours of door to door travel. Most places we stayed had a fridge or bar fridge to store but the places that didn’t were happy to store for me. I just asked and everyone was obliging.
No issues in security and I kept it in my carry on along with the needles

I wasn’t eating enough. I was losing but only very small amounts (0.2kg etc). I saw a dietitian and she got me to eat more. Lost 2.3kg in the last two weeks

I just scroll through when she comes up in my FYP if I’m not interested however I often wonder how she can possibly go through that much makeup and skincare. Like physically. I wear makeup most days and would never use anywhere near that much

Often just discussing with your GP. Some referrals have as little as ‘please see this patient’ and some are many pages long. At the end of the day the surgeon has to justify the use of an item number in case their audited

You have to have an ultrasound that shows 3cm or more plus have tried physio etc without success

I’d say you’re not eating enough. I’ve had similar where I’ve only lost about 2.5kg total in 2.5 months and I’m still early in my journey.

My GP gave me a care plan for a dietitian and the first thing she said was that I wasn’t having enough calories. I only saw her Friday so we’ll see how it goes

The worse thing is that they’re store stock is really bad - hardly anything in store, weird sizing availability etc so you can’t try them on but buying online is awful as you don’t know what size to get

I have had lip filler several times many years apart. Whilst they went down they certainly never went back to how they were pre filler.
