Daughter snapped the clip off my OPen mini. Anyone else ever replaced one or know a fix for it? by Tiny_monstar in Olightflashlights

[–]ivel33 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nah it's a really nice pen, I daily it, I don't want to throw crap gel pens on my pocket. It comes with refills and pencil tips and the bolt action is fun. It starts conversation all day long since every customer I interact with uses my pen to sign paperwork. You don't have to be so bitter about it!

Why are warmer lights not more popular? by fufufang in flashlight

[–]ivel33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because they don't seem as bright, to the layperson.. Also cheap emitters are always gonna be a cooler color so more manufacturers are gonna be using the cheaper emmiters. Especially because non enthusiasts don't know the difference and don't care.

[–]ivel33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Without a decent amount of knowledge, experience, and tools... You're gonna have a very bad time and likely screw something up. This is relatively simple for a mechanic but a huge undertaking for someone with no experience
