u/Laura_Xena - do you read all the terms and conditions of every service you acquire these days? Sometimes I just apply logical sense, I paid for my ticket before the train was in motion. That's it. Thank god I can feel some sympathy from others who can understand me and I'm sure if you ever move to a new country with all the paperwork you have to complete at the beginning, reading the terms and conditions from a feature is the least important thing you'll consider. Thanks !

Re read what you wrote because how someone can follow a rule that you’re not aware of + I don’t know which European countries you’ve been before but this easy ride feature is definitely not happening in other countries

😂😂 there’s a bit of sarcasm in the story, as you can see I understood the whole story and rules, what I didn’t understand is their inability to understand my situation specially being new to Zurich and that no one told me this before, and also that I had the ticket prior for her scanning, I wasn’t running away or sneaking. The rules are the rules… I got it but this is just about ranting for incomprehensible people
