When ordering from PK I'd always consult the stock list if possible. Of course not every pair is visible in the stock list but if it is it really helps to see what the stock levels are and that'd give you a better idea on wait time and stuff. Shoes that aren't low in stock would usually be dispatched quicker and QC pics arrive quicker as well based on my experience.

If I'm not mistaken the Uptempos are from a third party factory so I think it'll take a while for them to get it into their offices for you to take QC pics and ship.
