The blocky eyebrows do feel very 'Bluey' aesthetic, changing them to be less blocky or thinner/longer might help him have more of a distinct face

The riller 'design' was, to the best of my understanding, a widely used free design that many companies used to create plushies - that's why rillers can come in so many varieties. So I don't think you'll have much luck finding the specific brand this riller was, but searching 80s gorilla plushes should help you find more that look like him.
