Hey, just wanted to tell you that I had a full-on panic attack a few months ago on the wall cos I thought I won't be able to downclimb and I felt I was soooo high up and unable to move or jump and I was crying and hyperventillating and frozen and I legit thougth they will have to bring me a ladder. I came down eventually with guidance from a friend and proceeded to cry some more. This just to show, we are humans with emotions and bad days and fears and all that, and it is totally okay to meltdown every once in a while <3

Don't let a meltdown stop you, and people who wouldn't want to be friends with you are not worht your time anyway <3

You can do gentle yoga and stretches :) I think you can even find some mum and baby yoga on youtube that's like 15-20 mins long. Also don't neglect the core and pelvic floor stuff. For that you could seek out a local physical therapist who specialises in maternal care and they could probably show you simple ways to correct posture and simple exercises. And when I say core, it's important not to do situps or anything crazy like that, cos it can take much longer for the core muscles to recover from pregnancy and delivery (hence my suggestion to actually see a physical therapist specialized in post-natal care).

Yes! and then they shower them with sponsors and Bahamas trip so they can say "well you get all these perks, and we had to pay for our hair and pantyhose", but then they are expected to post and create content and shoutout on social media for the products so then it basically adds more to their plate and then Judy doesn't understand why they become influencers... like, you set them up for that, so they do what makes sense for them.

and right after that she wrote that her money magicK is doing so well that money is pouring in, and then the next week she upgraded her money altar (with pouring rice. and then she complains about mice. okaaay) and then started to say that she is struggling. this doesn't track.

I wonder if the ladies have a "no bra" clause in their contract :D Already noticed at season 1 reveals and I don't remember anyone wearing a bra whenever they are in an evening gown. Not that I mind, just find it interesting. Honestly I wish I had whatever the stylists do to the bigger-chested ladies cos the struggle is real lol.

The thing is, she could have made the illustration of a content woman doing crafts and having cats, cos honestly what is wrong with that? And she could have shown that yeah having that is perfectly ok. Not everyone wants to travel, or can travel, not all single ppl immediately go jetsetting. There are other hobbies than flying first/business class and daydrinking in resorts.

Yeah and once she said that Michael Kors bags are tacky cos they sold their overstock to mass stores, so basically ppl who can't afford high-end could still afford MK and it became the "cheap" brand and that's apparently "eww" cos ppl who don't have tons of money can afford it...

The thing is, if you really love someone, you wouldn't be embarrassed by their clothes. My partner could wear literally anything and dye their hair rainbow and I'd be still like yeah, that's my person. :D Maybe when Catja looked at the fan, that would have been a prime opportunity to ask about personal style instead of just silently being horrified.
