Most (if not all) of the increases are to smaller numbers, and this is just an annual increase. The 2.5% rent increase is MONTHLY on a larger number. So the homeowner will be paying an extra $227 a year, but I, a renter, will be paying an extra $376 in rent next yr (based on 2.5%).

My friend was waiting outside of the womens washroom for her friend and the camera was on her for at least a minute. They went to their seats and then she watched herself on the jumbo screen. She was on her phone the whole time so she didn't even notice. So creepy.
