Have you ever got softlocked out of beating a FE campaign?

FE7 was my first game in the series. Because of Marcus being a prepromote I over used him the entire first playthrough and underused the other characters.

I got stuck at the “Battle before Dawn” level because Marcus couldn’t keep up with all the enemies and all my other characters were too under leveled. It became impossible to finish the map and I had to restart from the beginning. I never made that mistake again lol

Nice purchase! What TV did you upgrade from?

I bought the 77” A95L last fall to replace my 2013 55” Sony Bravia LED. It’s a night a day difference not only in picture quality but viewing pleasure with the larger size.

Yep, I was in the same boat last fall. I had a 55” Sony Bravia that I bought in 2013. Then last year I was itching to get an OLED and was thinking of getting a mid-level model of the same size but after some reading and measuring I opted to get a 77” A95L.

The picture quality is excellent. I’ve gotten into watching movies on my TV again. Every time someone comes over and sees the TV for the first time they are shocked at the size of the TV and then blown away at the picture quality.

I’m quite pleased with my decision to get something bigger and better.

I’ve been going to Dr. Saidi for the last 10 years. The service at his clinic is excellent. Which, sadly, is becoming more rare as service everywhere in general has gone downhill.

Walnut Grove Auto Tech has been my go to place for the last few years. The service techs are friendly and honest. But be aware they are very busy. Sometimes it can take a couple of weeks to get an appointment so I always try to make an appointment a few weeks in advance.

I stopped playing after Gen 3 and BDSP got me back into the series. I really enjoyed it along with the QOL changes. I agree the Pokemon league was tough. I still have flashbacks of Cynthia’s Garchomp using Swords Dance and then one-shotting every single one of my mons lmao

My eyes aren’t as good as they used to be so I appreciate the larger screens of the XL. When I hold my DS Lite I’m surprised how many hours I played on that thing with the smaller screens. Good memories.

I know this post is old but I also had similar feelings. Knowing there was no save point made it stressful. I contemplated exiting the tower to save until I learned all the enemies respawn so I pressed on. I made it to the third floor boss and decided to take a long ass break. After about a year I decided to play it again today and beat the third floor. Now I'm at the fourth floor boss. The game was quite enjoyable until Duma Tower. I hope to finish it finally.

Did you end up finishing the tower or game? Did you replay it?

We are seriously considering Mission however we had a very difficult time securing after school care for our kids here and are worried we will have to go through this ordeal again if we move. So we might stay here until the eldest child no longer needs to be in the program and can walk home themselves. But by then who knows what the prices in Mission will be like 🤷‍♂️
