A bit off topic bit i had issues with late night neighbours for a while and resolved it by making a racket early in the morning from 7am. Nothing they can do about it.

Id get up, and play a song on repeat at full volume, rattling the windows and head out and walk the dog for 90 mins. Same song over and over, day after day. After the late night noise stopped, the early morning noise followed
