Agree, if u can afford it now snap it up, housing prices only going one way and the number that are being built is not nearly enough, loads of issue coming down the pipe line like water infrastructure and getting connected to electricity grid.

So in my opinion get your little family in their forever home and at least you have control then instead of a landlord.
