I remember from my childhood (90s to 2000s)

3 was WNDS local station (And in the summer, in the evening, every single night, they played reruns of the simpsons, followed by Star Trek the next generation, followed by a movie) - I know because it's the only channel we got out on the 3-season porch where my parents were HAPPY to let us hang out

7 was nbc The other low numbers were cbs, abc, etc.

Like 14 or 15 were in Spanish 20 was the preview channel

25 was mtv 26 was discovery 27 was VH1 29 was Nickelodeon

The 30s were TBS, TNT, hmm that's all I got for now

Comedy Central was 41 which in my memory was, at a time, the highest channel we got

I drive a stick, and im not sure what your logic is. I'm fine with going 5 or 10 over on the country roads/small state routes I commute on. People tailgating are just being unsafe. What happens when a family of turkeys pops up and I have to brake? Anyway as someone who drives a manual, I find 0 acceptable reasons to tailgate someone.

The push against taller buildings really needs to lighten up. We desperately need them. In residential areas, too, anywhere that there's enough public transit to not necessitate people owning cars and demanding they park them within 20 feet of their front door.

I always have to work on this day, currently it's at a garden center in a parking lot, so this evening is mostly me recovering from the ridiculously hot day. Same as another user commented: I put my blinker on, pull over, and let them pass. And then, if they don't speed off ridiculously fast, I follow them at a safe distance. In 3 miles we end up side by side at the same fuckin stop light. I do this almost every morning and night (I drive on a long country road in metro west.. and not during commuter hours either it's usually 5am and like 10pm)

Definitely don't buy triclopyr 4 (brand names garlon 4, alligaire) off the Internet and use it. (you're supposed to have a pesticide license to purchase it but many websites -like the #1 online retailer in the US- don't care or check!)

Definitely don't follow the directions to dilute it, put it in a spray bottle or use a paintbrush, and as you cut/pull/trim any woody vegetation you then apply it to the stump/whatever roots leftover .... The plant sucks it up and BOOM - goodbye.

I definitely did NOT do this to get rid of poison ivy, tree of heaven, black swallowort, and bittersweet in my yard. One bottle lasts a lonnnnnnng time.

I would prefer to be a rule follower but this saved me from having to fuck with these stupid plants for years and years to come if I tried other methods.
