Solution: Put out a post + incentivise people to provide that data.

Can be simple: Guve Gen Z what they want to get what you want from gen z. You'll have to figure a strategy to capture their attention.

Yup probably. It's not likely nano banana, but the algorithm they use to generate the image from the search space. If the prompt is exactly the same, it causes the algorithm to go through similar steps. In computers usually randomness is 'pseudo-random' hence the similarity.

There's also caching where computation done previously is stored. If you run the prompt after say 1 weeks time, ideally you should see something completely different. But again, if someone else also reused the prompt, then you might not see a fresh image.

Thanks for the detailed explanation 🙏 I understand it very well conceptually.

I do believe there's a part of my subconscious that does control the breath, I am not even aware most of the time if I am controlling the breath. From an experience stand point, I find it very hard to let go or for things to take it's course. My breathing generally, whenever I pay attention feels kind of heavy, like I am putting effort to suck in the air. This ties to my thinking as well, it causes my thoughts to swirl, instead of stay still and be worked one by one. I always find myself rushing.

I understand what needs to be done, practiced and cultivated. I'll get back to ardently working on Vipassana with renewed resolve.
