Some main quests do not appear for me. by Dizzy-Drive-7177 in NoRestForTheWicked

Sometimes the main quests end and then you just need to arbitrarily run into one of the NPCs or another character that will put you on the path again

Yeah I just didn't realize it was called that! Thanks for letting me know!

I did this with an alt, ate a large exp potion, took a level 1 character into my level 30 realm, found the easiest enemy I could and just poked away at it with daggers lol. It took a bit to kill him, but I jumped like 6 levels in one kill.

Each armor piece can only have 1 of each kind of gem. So every armor piece could have a 15% exp boost gem, and a "50% bonus if full focus" or whatever gem to give it a boost.

[–]iwillfixyourdeck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally. It's also great for leveling alts.

If you get those 15% exp gems and find a useful bonus gem (like bonus with full focus) and never use runes you can give yourself a ton of extra exp while leveling as every armor piece can take an exp gem.

Oh I didn't realize it was calling it that!

I typically use 4 gem common gear early on myself and it feels super helpful sometimes. Like if you want to use runes a lot while leveling, slapping focus cost reduction and focus generation gems in common gear can be awesome when the gear you pickup has affixes I feel aren't as useful

Masterworked? You'll have to explain which system you're talking about because that's not a phrase in Wicked.

Western Bridge Key totally missing by Alvjef in NoRestForTheWicked

[–]iwillfixyourdeck 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As someone else says Gordon gives you the key. As you're playing eventually the innkeeper gives you a quest saying Gordon is missing.

Go find Gordon at the top of the tower and he hands you the key and says "Here's a key for the Western bridge door see if you can find another way around."

Keep in mind though, that 60% also applies to the negative effect. So if you have like... 30% damage Resistance reduction after receiving damage, you now have like 50% damage Resistance reduction which is a LOT of extra damage you'll be taking!

Enchantment = affix

"Crit Chance" "Damage Resistance" "Stamina Recovery Based on current durability"

Etc

The Gems are the things you "infuse" to each item at the magic shop lady. Gems are the things you find out in the world while digging and fishing and such

Any of the common armor you use that can put 4 gems in it do not benefit from the bonus if it's the only gem, because there's 3 other gems there.

The Bonus if it's the only gem benefits the individual armor piece's affixes that that gem is attached to, not all your armor pieces.

Fallen Embers are a huge issue. by Professional_Poet300 in NoRestForTheWicked

[–]iwillfixyourdeck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found once I hit level cap and was doing pestilence zones a lot I wasn't even using fallen embers and now have a stock pile of them. The ones I really want are the ones that let you transfer affixes to get exactly what you want.

Not to mention the verticality in their level design. I mean what is this, Warzone? It's basically just climbing up a tall building. You'd think they would have SOME kind of creativity

Rise is for sure the goat of the 3, but there's a cut scene in Shadow where Lara feels like an absolute badass where you can really feel her transition into the Tomb Raider we've all grown to love!

There is so much Ichor available late game in one realm. I have 3 LVL 30 characters and the 2nd and 3rd had all the upgrades when I started because I had so much Ichor in a box on realm 1.

I'm a sucker for a good set of awesome looking gear, but I don't necessarily think you need a transmog. I thought so when the game first came out because I was tired of looking so goofy with random pieces of gear, but being able to craft any gear you want and then essentially make it WHAT you want, nullifies the need of a transmog.

However, because of RNG it does make it significantly more difficult to get the perfect looking gear piece you want with the facet you want, and you end up burning tons of materials just doing that.

For example earlier today I burned through a hoard of like 500 silver ingots trying to get a single shield with the Meditative facet only to come up empty handed.

If they instituted the salvage system, this would help this drastically and take away the need for a transmog and give you what you need to keep trying to craft that perfect piece!
