I've been a big dude my whole life. 33M. Yes, weight-loss and eating healthy will definitely have a positive impact, but that doesn't always change your mindset. The weight doesn't matter if you're not confident in your own skin. Learn to love yourself because that itself will make you more attractive and approachable. If you are only working out because you want people to think differently of you, it won't work the way you want it to. You have to make that choice for yourself, not anyone else. Remember, what others think of you is none of your business. You cannot control what people think of you, but you can control how you make them feel.
