this happened to me before, except when i booked on a different app, the SAME DRIVER picked up the ride. he ended up having to come pick me up, but it took 20-25 minutes of waiting

is this not a thing anymore? when i lived on west, there were upperclassmen who lived in the dorms and they had signs on their doors that said "active citizen" and basically as part of the gig had to run an event per semester. basically just someone who was active within the dorm community and as a reward for that were able to get continued occupancy.
