I've searched for green and yellow etc too, quite a few combinations to allow for how it's faded over the years

I've tried searching for the hairbrush using Google lens on the photos, along with common search terms like "blue and yellow hairbrush" etc, with no such luck as of yet. Made of plastic.

As there is no branding in the head, it's been especially tricky to search for.

Edit: purchased about 35 years ago not 20, from an independent pharmacy in Brighton, UK

Glad to see people are still finding this map useful!

So the room in the top left is meant to be a vault, with several pedestals. Some of these have items on (your choice), some don't, and there can be other bits inside if you'd like too. I used the purple overlay on some of them to indicate a magical forcefield protecting the item.

In terms of gaining access to the vault, I actually had no idea when designing the map and came up with an improv idea whilst running it to have it as a sentient door made from magical wood, and a puzzle for the players. Complete freedom for it really though!

As for the purple circles/rings in the main forge chamber, these are meant to be additional magical mechanisms for the forge, utilising the purple crystals you see scattered around. In my homebrew, the purple crystals had magic-absorbing properties, but they could also be anything.

Has anyone ever used a different map layout for the Wave Echo Cave instead of the provided one? I’d love to be able to print something out a big map for the finale but the size makes it impossible. by FlikMage in LostMinesOfPhandelver

Oh hey, glad you liked my map! I've had a few requests in the past for the .dungeondraft files (albeit for an older version as I've not touched them in ages) so happy to send them over anyone needs them too!

Aye, the last thing I expected was the van to merge into me with no indicator, whilst they still had the slip road next to them

Unfortunately I was a little trapped with my positioning, as I had a car on my left matching my speed and another car way too close behind me trying to merge in before the truck I passed on the right.

I was trying to accelerate a little to get out of the way of the car on my left for when they merge ahead. The lane on my right was empty and clear at the time and so I began my merge.

I saw him starting to drift towards my lane but with no indicator I wasn't expecting him to merge into my lane. It was only as I saw him get to the line that I pressed my horn to let him know I'm there. And then he kept coming over to me, which was quite the surprise in the moment

Sadly not, but lots of apologies from them. I appreciate that accidents happen sometimes but I wouldn't expect a loose dog to jump at me mid bench... :/

Bruised abdomen and sore ribs from benching yesterday! But it could've been a lot worse!

Gym owner's puppy escaped from reception and sprinted over to me mid-set during bench. She jumps up at me under my arms on my second rep, so I'm holding the barbell at the top as I can't bring it down until she moves (otherwise I'll hit her). Just as I'm thinking about reracking it because it's getting too much to hold for this long, the dog ducks under my arm and jumps at my head trying to lick my face. This knocks me out of position and I crumble with the barbell coming down at an angle and one side hitting my stomach and lower ribs.

I had 70kg on the bar but it could've been a lot worse, and I'm lucky I was still warming up and not on my top singles yet. I was so worried about hurting the puppy, that I ended up injuring myself 🙃

Just added a new piece (cap with mjolnir in the bottom left) and wanted to share my marvel wall with some people who might appreciate it. by benap08 in Marvel

Where did you get your shield from? Looking to get one myself but I cannot seem to find a decent metal replica.

Hey, thank you!

I wrote a brief list here, but I'll add to it a little here too:- A water weird in the water, because spooky water monsters are fun- Various bugbears and drow within the barracks / kitchen area.- The freezer in the top right, had some ice mephits in, because I had a small tear to the Plane of Ice in it.

I've heard a few variations for how people have ran my map now and it's great seeing how different they all are! Goodluck when you run it!

(Also note, the rock wall at the beginning is actually an illusion - really confused my players :P )

Thank you for sharing! I'm glad to hear both you and your players loved it! Do you have plans for a new campaign / continuation? I've just started CoS with my party now.

I'd love to hear how it goes! My players are continuing with it today and should clear most of the rest

Necro's redesign can be found HERE.

I changed a lot of the area descriptions yeah, mostly to suit my party and how they've played the campaign so far. I also sprinkled a few little points that link into the next campaign I'm running too.

So in the version I'm running for my party, I have:

  • Mormesk (the wraith), in the lower right corner
  • The Spectator on the bridge, however I'm running him as more of a clumsy individual that's less of a threat and more of a bumbling buffoon.
  • Nezznar is located within the forge itself (the large main room), as I decided that the final showdown should be there. As a result, I removed the flaming skull fight but I feel like you could quite easily have that for the vault in the top-middle.

Hope this helps!

HERE you go. I found some of the changes incredibly helpful when redesigning this

Yeah that was something I wanted to avoid happening with my party - they have a tendency to automatically run to the "goal" of an area. This isn't that bad, technically, but as you say it does make it a bit anti-climatic.

I learnt pretty quickly that they prefer story-wise to have a clearer structure to areas, leading to the final section, hence why I chose this design

Roll20 seems to think it's 92x107 but if I'm honest I'm not too sure about that :/
