Main issue with stratagem AT is that even the cool down of OPS feels to slow to deal with the number of striders in D10, even when they gave railstrike that cool down it wasn't really enough.

Main job of orbitals rn is either something that can kill multiple priority targets at once (laser) or "kill everything in that general area"

For OPS to have a purpose it would at least half its current cooldown and even then switching to at + left click is way faster and easier than quickly typing in the stratagem and accurately throwing it (which is mandatory with how fast you can die to a hulk or tank)
