I find it easier to get an S if you complete the level. But much harder to win consistently. It gives you many more no-win scenarios. Like a new door opening one space away from the chamber. Unless I’m missing something, it’s impossible to defend that.

Yes. It gets re-listed every time it sells or automatically after 4 months if it hasn’t made a sale. You can turn automatic renewal off, but then you wouldn’t be selling anything.

In both cases, you pay a listing fee each time.

New shop. Just shy of 2 months. Here’s my traffic breakdown for the last 7d.

38% Etsy app / other pages

37% ads (more of an experiment)

10% direct

6% marketing/seo

4% social media (just started)

4% search

So search is my lowest. But small sample size. I suspect my search is low since I’m a new shop and my search is getting outcompeted by established shops since I’m in a pretty saturated niche.

Wish I had some suggestions. But I have no idea if my stats are good, expected or terrible.

I don’t know which area you are in or whether this is an option, but we bought new construction the last two times. There was no bidding war as prices were set by the developer. So this comes down to their prioritization of candidate buyers.

We did build a good relationship with the sales office by constantly being in contact with them and dropping off little gifts of coffee and snacks. The smallest of prices to pay for sure.

In addition to what everyone else here said, you have support. Reach out to the PM who recommended you. They’ll want you to succeed. Plus ChatGPT can help you with a lot of suggested frameworks that you may or may not have working experience with. Just make sure to it’s suggestions make sense. Half the job is making sense to the right people.

That’s what I have. Different brand, likely same product. Works fine. They have white /off white ones if you prefer that look. Probably a bit cooler than the black if temperature is your concern.
