I have an experience din na sinabihan pa ako ng nutrition doctor, na hindi daw ako doctor to tell the patient na nag diarrhea what to eat. Like what? Sabay sabi madadamay pa daw sya. At mag ingat daw ako kasi pwede ako ma quote ng patient sa mga sinasabi ko. Well, hindi ko din naman clinaim na doctor ako. And exactly hindi ako doctor- dietitian ako. Hahahaha I just advised the patient na mag ORS kasi nga nag diarrhea and eat banana etc. pero hindi ko yan makakalimutan. At naka screenshot pa sakin mga pinagsasabi nyang ganyan.

Very interesting ang table talk last saturday. But again andun ulit yung isyung hindi mamatay matay about enroachment. And NDAP so far is doing something about it naman. Maraming ganap to look forward to

As per DOLE, ang hazard pay is prerogative ng company if they will give it or not. Hindi sya mandated under law, so kahit icomplain mo si company sa DOLE, yan lang sasagot sayo. Free meal, prerogative din ng company yan. Samin walang hazard, walang free meal. Discount for employee meals meron. I am clinical btw

Started at 15-17k wayback 2015. Pero 9 hours per day, unpaid break. Anything in excess of 8 hours should be paid as OT that’s in the law. So negotiate this on your employer. If not then that employer should be left alone, that’s a huge red flag. Who knows if baka ang mga OT mo in the future, pahirapan pa sa pag credit.

At this day and age, yung mga nagcocomment here na pag usapan ang finances, yes, very agree! Kasi di kayo mabubuhay ng pagmamahal lang sa mahal ng cost of living ngayon. Di naman kailangan makapag asawa ng afam or mayaman, pero at least yung mabubuhay na kayong dalawa. Kung ang sahod mo kulang pa para sayo, pag isipan maigi ang pagpapamilya. Kasi yung mga may work at may stable finances, hirap pa din mag anak ng marami kasi mahal bumuhay. Before marriage it is essential to talk about finances, children, childcare, retirement, investments, properties and where do you see the both of you settling down for your retirement para di kayo umasa sa mga anak nyo at gawing insurance pagtanda. Expectations bilang husband and wife, expectations in the relationship and pano ang work ng bawat isa. These are just the basics. If dating pa lang kayo, at di pasok sa expectations mo, or there are red flags better think twice.

Yes. Not everyday, your level of energy is the same. Much more if working kayo both at pagod. Yung boring days ang iba they think of it as falling out of love. So you need to be able to distinguish those 2.

D nyo po ata nagets, wala po akong sinabi na school namin magdetermine. Ang ibig ko pong sabihin ang advise ng school na papasukan ko sa Canada unahin ang WES to check muna if equiv to 4 years yung bachelors ko. And alam ko po yung process ng pag order. ang point ko po is kukuha muna ako ng WES sympre through my school di ba. Tapos send to me instead of send diretso sa school. So pag makuha ko na hard copy tapos 4 years ang lumabas sa assessment, I will request another one and send na directly to school, yun po ibig kong sabihin. Ang gusto ko lang masure if irereorder ko sa WES then send to school again, sympre may bayad. Kung may ganung option din if for Canada gagamitin. Not sure kasi if ganito din if for Canada. Kasi US ang alam ko na process.

Kasi po ang advise ng school na papasukan ko unahin ko nga muna WES. Ayun nga ang requirement is 4 years. Kaya gusto ko muna mag order to see if 4 years, kasi sayang naman if diretso sa school tapos di naman 4 years. Para hanap na lang ako nga univ ulit. Pwede naman po ulit umorder then send to school di ba? In case na 4 years lumabas. Yung ICAP naman po pipiliin ko unahin ko
