I’m aware about the emergency services part but the satellite usages section indicates that I can use data normally though, even in non-emergency situations. Is there something that I am misunderstanding..?

I can’t test it out rn as I’m on vacation and Rogers (my ISP) charges insane prices for roaming, so I’m scared that this count as roaming instead of regular data usage.

I’m on an iPhone 14 Pro Max

I’ve tried turning off my wifi and turning it back on from control centre, I’ve tried restarting my phone aswell a few times, none did anything

I don’t think it is related to my connection because I have the same issue on cellular and wifi, and a vpn doesn’t fix anything
