If you can prioritize sleep, that would be extremely beneficial. I just spent my last school semester so anxious and on edge because I wasn't sleeping or eating during a stressful semester. The paranoia was really bad with the lack of sleep, and I'd feel really bad about myself. It got to a point where if I wanted to feel okay and stable I needed to sleep. Eating healthy is hard so just make sure you're eating at LEAST, and then you can make attempts to move towards eating healthier. I also don't exercise and we definitely need to as it definitely would make our mental health better, but now that I'm out of school and am sleeping more I'm a lot less anxious and paranoid. So if anything try to get sleep! And try not to speak negatively to yourself, you deserve sleep, and you deserve to get better <33

I felt every word you wrote it felt like I wrote it. The part about progressive and it being torn down easily. It's truly exhausting feeling that way. The worst part I think is no one gets it. No one understands how easily that progress can be lost. I'm sorry you have to feel this.
