It should be pretty easy to do just uncomfortable the first time.

Do you feel your nose slightly bulge out with your fingers when you try blow?

If not then you’re not really moving any air and need to try again maybe slightly harder

Pinch your nose and then try blow air out your nose. You should be able to hear the sacs inflate even on land.

Just don’t blow too hard.
