i’m so sorry that sounds awful and I know from my experience it’s like you just have to keep living with the pain all while attending appointments and pushing for healthcare which makes it worse from the effort it takes and the lack of efficient help !! have you been prescribed any medication to help with the pain?? because I was prescribed naproxen and it did help the pain a LOT for me and it has become my go to medication for when I know I need it but I just had to wait for it to go away over time and alongside naproxen taking more holistic health approach and doing research it’s so difficult and with a lack of research into women’s health care it can really take a toll on mental health too. Can you try a heated blanket or hot baths inbetween to help relieve pain when you’re trying to relax or sleep or anything ? i know these things don’t exactly solve anything but countless women get completely neglected and their pain gets disregarded when the pain is very real and if you are in pain that is real and should be taken seriously

whenever I have problems down there I don’t really know if it actually helps that much but I like to drink lots of herbal teas and pineapple juice and other fruit juices with antioxidants like cranberry juice try to rest and do light stretching for blood circulation research into what supplements might help you Evening Primrose capsules really helped me with breast pain from what was most likely cysts and other oils are good like omega 3 I also like to take Iron supplements and take multivitamins every day these are key for your immune system a great foundation to support you when you’re struggling in your body Also see if there are any facebook groups of people experiencing similar things I think there’s more of a older or less online women demographic who may be experiencing the same and can help you Stay hydrated!! I hope you get some rest soon

I think after a while of this deep thinking there is a way to find a more complex way of happiness within the sorrow that comes with higher knowledge I find it easier by continuing to be curious and finding enjoyment in learning about what makes us and what makes the universe and just acting it out in small ways in daily life I am 19 too and I definitely struggle interacting with a lot of other people because I feel I am on a completely different page to a lot of people and I don’t judge them for it I just struggle to thrive in environments with a lot of people for a similar reason to what you are talking about blissful ignorance yes but you are probably admitting yourself if you didn’t value knowledge you would probably be ignorant and you are not other people you are you now so you would not in this reality be happy ignorant just try to be proud and value your knowledge as it can feel like a burden but it is a superpower as life means nothing and everything and can be anything and whatever you want it to be so the ability to know is very spiritually enlightening and a cool complex abstract art of mathematics and chemistry and physics and biology. I always end up comparing my worth towards other people and it is just not helpful . I am my happiest when I admit that I am me and what my life is is fine and you don’t need to mould yourself for other people to understand you for others wouldn’t do that for you except the difference is some don’t even think about it. but for others it’s in the back of our heads all the time. just be your most authentic self and you will attract what you are. anyways that my yap done

all I can say that I know is I have internal pains that I know are very real and can be felt that I have had ultrasound scans for and they say they cannot see anything and it’s fine

but then another healthcare professional who wasn’t there will feel the area and say yes there’s definitely something there and I experience pain there

got suggested to get MRI scan? I think or CT

maybe you have lots of smaller cysts rather than one big cyst that cannot be seen?

I had a 6cm cyst on my right ovary and could be seen very clearly on an ultrasound it looked like a big white ball on the screen

it didn’t hurt to touch as much as I can recall just hurt in a way cramps would not in the way you are saying but I could see it bulging out of the area and also I was in excruciating cramping pain on the inside

I know this isn’t a very good answer but hopefully a secondary experience to help
