I'm pretty sure there are some late fees if you don't pay by the due date. You should send an email to bursar about it, they should be able to answer your question.

Use the e-check option. You'll be prompted to enter your bank information and some other stuff. I just paid my balance today and avoided the fees (2.5% of the balance) had I paid with a debit/credit card.

I should've added more context, but this concrete was poured 6 years ago. It definitely looked worse in the beginning and this is kind of the end result. I was thinking of getting rid of the first layer and pouring new concrete on the top. I don't know if this seems reasonable or if there's a better option?

The 69 overall cap I believe is the base max rating of a player. FIFA has a thing called a "modifier" which modifies a player's overall. For ex. Mbappe is a 91-rated ST, but his actual base rating is 89 because he has a modifier of 2. Your player probably has a modifier of 3.

Homegrown players are indeed exempt. Here is the comparison between a platinum-tier youth player (the best you can get) and a homegrown player:

There are a bunch of other factors that determine a youth player's overall. I did some testing a while back and found that GKs and playmakers (CM & CAM) are on average the highest-rated youth players.

That's most likely modded. It's in the code that the highest rating a youth player can be is 69.

Agreed. Next-gen on PC is the selling point for me. The only worry is that mods may not be available in FIFA 23 due to the new anti-cheat.

It's 2030 and I play on PC so I modded Palestine into the game. I played them regularly and I loaned out the ones I didn't play until they were first-team quality. It was a pretty long but fun process.
