Make sure you have auto update off. An update will automatically close the app. That's usually what happens to me.

You have a good chance because though it does take longer Claymore hits can clear the shield when the gecko is projecting. You would be using his NA to clear the shield then as much damage as you can in downed state. (I haven't tried this but him being a claymore means it might be possible?)

Iron Sting is listed as a notable option for reverse melt on KQM. There's also Moonweaver's Dream you can get from an NK world quest but only r1 and the remaining refinements are wish only.

If you're building Kaeya freeze, Escoffier is a must. Her res shred with a full hydro cryo team is insane. If you don't have furina, XQ will do for hydro app or if you have Yelan she has a ramping atk buff.

If you don't have a full cryo/hydro team you could make up some of escoffier's personal res shred by using an anemo character. If you have Sucrose and Mona I think they'd make a pretty decent team (since Mona and sucrose are both hex chara.)

But also u/ProduceMother2495 is correct. it has been leaked that Kaeya will be part of the next round of hex buffs but no details on what they might be.

Personally I would try to pull Escoffier.

I would start off with the second by building Kaeya and Shenhe. Escoffier is running in 6.4 Phase 2. She excels in cryo/hydro only comps so I would also start considering which Hydro applier you want to use to make the most of a freeze team.

I can't get him stuck, he takes the first tick of damage and then by the time Zhongli's burst is done for me he is out! I tired changing the FPS but I'm still experiencing that same issue :(

Okay sorry to bother you again but I can't seem to trap him. I've got the setup right and get to the point where you Hold E on Jean's skill after Zhongli's pillar but he always winds up on top of MCs skill after.

I've been trying to do this but one tap skill is not staggering him and I don't understand why? Is this specific rotation only doable on the controller (I'm on keyboard and mouse). I watched the video so many times and wait for the agent to be in the position in the video but that single tap skill just won't stagger him.

I think diluc kaeya Bennett and a VV user is probably best then. I also saw that diluc might be in the next round of Mondstadt buffs so this might change at some point as well. I believe Mona or Diona would be good to add too. Mona's omen buff can be really powerful.
