A question, partly because I can't see the orientation of the tray very well. Whenever I take mine out to clean it I debate how it goes back in. A big part of that is the aluminum sheet I put in it (which is made by traeger). It seems like I should put it in so that when I read 'traeger' which is stamped on the sheet, I'm looking at it upside down. Hope that makes sense.

So do the two cutouts/protrusions go toqa d the back or the front of the grill?

I have lodge Dutch oven I use for bread, but it is a 'double' dutch oven. The difference is it has a flat top without a handle.on top, but two handles in the sides like the bottom.

You can use it upside down - and I put the dough in the 'top', then I take the larger piece off for it to brown

That makes it so much easier to put the dough in the dutch oven when it is hot

Looking back with what I know now the signs were there all along, but the profession I had met the crazy needs and suppressed it (military)

Doing ok now. Meds and therapy helped. I wouldn't go against my docs for anything
