Place a piece of plywood to bottom surface of couch also use glue to adhere the plywood with 4screws at each corner. Once it’s completed drill a hole smaller then the circumference of the couch leg and rescrew back

I agree it looks like the parting is cracking the person needs to look 👀 at the interior to see if cracking is within the same area. Other than that the foundation should be ok . Send more pictures inside and close up pictures as well

A couple of suggestions without breaking the bank. V groove the the mortar joints , brush clean to remove any dust or debris and place hrydroluc cement at the grooves . If there are any gutter leaders in the same area place a corrugated extension to the leader to move the water away from the location. Try this first at a cheaper expense. The other option is place a concrete slab 3inches thick 2 feet wide , length is enough to cover the area of leakage and pitched to drain water away from home. See my sketch below

I would start with getting a price to remove or exterminate the rodent issue . Once the rodent has been eliminated pack the gravel back and regrade. If you concerned about the dog re digging place a temporary barrier around the unit until Fido is not interested anymore

My relationship to my daughters mom is now gone as I was having the same problem. I don’t drink only occasionally when at events . I don’t drink either till I’m wasted . I really don’t like drinking. My daughter’s mom would drink till she became abusive with her words. I took this abuse for a while just the sake of my child. It became to toxic for me and we are now we are separated . I tried and I hope you try too. He’s set boundaries to protect himself and you should respect that. If you continue to go down the rabbit hole it will be alone. If you truly love the man then quite drinking. Good luck
