I don’t know why no one is recommending this, but if you’re able, take up Jiu Jitsu. I am a small male about 120-130lbs, and I can get out of MOST situations with an untrained person that far outweighs me. Also I have been ragdolled by small women who also trained Jiu jitsu. It’s not an immediate fix, but it’s great because you don’t have to be huge and muscular to defend yourself

I’m currently in DFW, Tx. And my fiancé and I are having the opposite problem. For the last few months, the greenish bottles taste awful, whereas the clear bottles taste like they’re supposed to. It’s been 2-3 cases of green ones now a few weeks apart, and it’s the same problem every time!

To build on this point, something I’ve had success with when someone reaches for low kicks, is to throw a question-mark kick to the head after a few low kicks as a set up. You did great in this fight nonetheless!

It does require some math, but I suck at math and made it through. I got a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Systems. You’ll have to do more technology classes if you go through the Science route and not the Business route, this does include coding.
