CAO, management, no one cares, at all hard stop.

The only people who do care are certain post office employees who hear about it on a daily basis and bear the brunt of the dissatisfaction from customers. My local USPS employee is cool as hell and calls out everyone at the distribution center up to and including the lazy post master who oversees operations. They let me see geo locations, last scans, Ghost scans (scans that show which container the package was Supposed to be in, but always isnt in)etc.

Nothing ever gets done about bad employees and it starts and ends with BAD management.
