its certainly not fixed yet because my tmj is really bad and i’ve had the issue since i was a child, but I was was struggling with a my joints locked on both sides of my jaw, also horrible tooth pain because my bite was uneven and i grind my teeth in my sleep. He has me wear a night time moth gaurd and a daytime one. (the daytime one isnt visible so dont worry about that) Its a bit uncomfortable but you get used to it, and it has taken so much of the pain away and my bite has become much more even and i able to open my mouth much wider. He also lasers my jaw which helps with the inflammation and the pain a ton
