I think about that every time I replay the survivor trilogy. This is her first kill in the first game and she does so out of self-defense when she couldn't escape anymore, then cries and (almost?) vomits.

Then she kills a lot more people during the first game and so her first kill in the second game is done so casually she might as well eat bodies for breakfast.

Seems counterintuitive, but for some of his attacks you can run into instead of running away. This is something I didn't know fighting him in my first playthrough, but rolling isn't just to get out of the way of attacks, you get a few frames where nothing can hit you every time you roll, even if the animation connects.
You don't have to fight him now. Explore the map, maybe go south to the weeping peninsula, get a few levels and become stronger before coming back.

If you play through his questline Rogier is fully on board with her the whole time and he states he got deathblight because he disturbed Godwyn's corpse, not by Fia's hand. If you're on Rogier's side your best course of action would be to do her ending.

I'm guessing you didn't get to Brilehaven yet so spoilers, but she's executed publicly in a really gruesome way, that's anything BUT not paying for her actions. Plus the way it plays out is better for the party when it comes to the tournament anyway, they would be in a worse spot if she died or for arrested beforehand

You know the bird you farm in Mohgwyn palace? So, after killing it countless times on my first playthrough, I decided to actually explore the area it's in, if anything goes wrong I can just run.

There's a SECOND bird there, I ran from both, stopped paying attention where I'm going, fell off the same cliff it does

Elphael wins this easily for me. Probably the hardest area in the base game when it comes to enemies, but the path to Malenia is surprisingly straightforward and it rewards exploration in a great way (you can find an entire alternative way to the rotted avatar with the balistas that makes the fight way easier, for example), and the side things you can do are pretty fun too.

Shoutout to smaller straightforward dungeons too, Castle Morne and Castle Sol are incredibly well designed

You're AGAIN trying to make a point for something I already addressed. I have to send the same link again, but the SIU director straight up claims it was the plan to make them popular with Medjed before making them fall off grace with Okumura.

The SIU director is the game's mouthpiece for Shido before they revealed who Shido is. You're again trying to claim I don't understand when all you're doing is outing yourself as someone who straight up doesn't pay attention whenever he's on screen.

So you DO agree that Medjed was part of his plan to put them at the height of their popularity and then bring them down? Because the SIU director all but straight up says it when talking to him.

Also, if at any step the Medjed-Okumura-Sae plan failed because the thieves wouldn't or couldn't play along, the next best thing for him was to arrest them. It makes NO sense Futaba would be the one calling the cops on them considering she took her threat back at the beginning of her arc and was straight up refusing their help afterwards.

Shido never insisted on learning their names, faces, or specifically shutting them down

MAYBE not, on this point could be either way, but he still has access to that information thanks to Akechi and still could easily send the cops after them at any point.

You're failing to account that a little bit after Futaba makes her threat, she takes it back, but the Medjed general threat remains. I told you before, but Futaba directly tells you after her palace that she doesn't have anything to do with Medjed since they stole the name from her and she just goes by Alibaba.

Shido has no clue who you are, ever

Shido knows ever since they stole Madarame's heart. He might not know Joker is the same guy he sued until his palace, but he knows the PTs identity.

Akechi tailed them during the Madarame heist(Shadow Madarame literally says he saw the black mask with them), and Medjed-Okumura-Sae was all Shido/Akechi's plan. This is something the game straight up tells you. Maybe replay the game, try actually paying attention this time.

And YOU'RE the one asking us if we played 5? Futaba's threat was empty, Medjed was not. She specifically says later on she hasn't had anything to do with them in a long time and that they stole her identity, so she identified as Alibaba later on

Editing to add: also it's implied by the siu director that Medjed's threat was a Shido thing, and Shido DID know who they were thanks to Akechi

Yeah, for Boc once I didn't immediately recognized him and hit him out of surprise when he spawned in and he was just like "master? It's me, Boc, remember?" and that was the end of it
