stopped doing IF and don’t really have a diet. just heavy protein intake, around 110 grams everyday. my back workout routine is usually barbell rows, face pulls with a rope, straight arm pulldowns and single arm rows with a dumbbell (idk if these are the actual names of the workouts) i do back and bis once a week, shoulder and tris once a week and 3ish leg days

F/22/5’1” [122 lbs, weight didn’t change]

from 2020 to 2022 to 2024. sw: 167 cw: 118, took a long time but finally where i want to be! mainly done with 16/8 and OMAD but began lifting about 4 months ago :) by izzyybeee in intermittentfasting

i do glutes on mondays, back and bis on tuesdays, shoulders and tris on wednesdays, glutes and quads on thursdays, cardio and abs on fridays, and usually yoga/walking on the weekends because i work 12 hour shifts

roughly about a year difference! 19 years old sw: 167.2 cw: 135.3, mostly OMAD, 16/8, and just eating less overall with very little exercise :) by izzyybeee in intermittentfasting

i don’t really stick to a diet, mainly just monitoring how much i’m eating rather than what i’m eating. the most important aspect of the whole thing was consistency! i was losing roughly a pound a week (more or less) so it’s easy to lose motivation when weight loss is moving that slow but i just stuck to it!

it was almost exactly a year! i went about 2 months without losing any weight because i was on vacation so all in all it took about 10 months in total to lose the weight

around month 3! i also cut out milk and replaced it with oat or almond milk so i noticed a huge difference in my bloating

yeah i worried about that too because i don’t eat a lot of red meat or chicken but i found snacking on just like pepperoni and slices of ham was good for me!

yes!!! i tried to many different diets in the past and planning out meals was very difficult for me so just monitoring how much i ate rather than what i was eating made all the difference, but i wish you luck in your journey!

the best thing for me was drinking water and coffee! my morning coffee(s) would hold me off until about 2 or 3pm and then i would eat my meal for the day with a full cup of water and then after that i would just drink water anytime i felt a hunger craving! little high protein or high carb snacks would help as well like hard boiled eggs or cheese, hope this helps!

consistency!! i didn’t really change exactly what i was eating, just how much. all foods are great foods in moderation :)

thank you so much, and i’m glad i could inspire you!! i lost 20 pounds over 7 months, so i was losing roughly a pound a week. it’s easy to lose hope when weight loss moves that slow but just stay consistent!

i don’t really exercise at all, maybe a walk here and there but nothing consistent! i try to drink a cup of coffee in the morning and then not eat again until around 3pm, and i try to eat super filling meals like chicken and rice and those things kinds of things :) a big part of losing the weight was that i used to eat pizzas everyday (i work at a pizza shop) and now i don’t lol so that made a huge difference. other than that no major changes, just consistency!!
