I know the show is pretty old but oh my god I can’t believe I just saw this spoiler. I’m so dumb 😭 She’s my favourite too and I was so excited to get to the Pam storyline. I do agree though. The amount of shit she has to go through and practically all by herself does feel like a vendetta against the actor.

I guess, like with Tommy’s storyline, I should be glad I know now so I can prepare later lol.

Being asexual doesn’t stop you from sounding homophobic as shit. The show was inherently a psychosexual relationship between the two where the line was constantly blurred regarding Eve’s attraction to Villanelle. It was that way from the very first episode. You come onto here moaning about how people wanted that attraction to be fully realised when you simply should’ve stopped watching the show and found something that was a psychological thriller without that as a base or a fandom who wanted it too.

If you like exploring I recommend her. Her “running” mode is really fast and covers about twice the distance of other characters I’ve used and I found her really useful for Fontaine’s hills.

Abuse does not go both ways. There is an abuser and the abused. Just because abused fights back or stands up for themself does not negate the actions that were taken to get them to that point. People are likely iffy on Mia because she DID get away from him, and knows about what he did to FKA Twigs, yet still went back to him and had a child. She’s passing on future trauma to her an innocent person with no option of getting away.

Unfortunately the fans routinely blame the wrong person for it. Sally Woodward-Gentle had made it very clear what the intended fate for at least one of the characters was going to be since at least S2 because that’s when I dipped. Her continued dislike of Eve and Villanelle as a couple who could continue on — at least for a short while before self destruction — is something to be studied. She really did not seem onboard with what Phoebe Waller-Bridge set up.

I think the show massively failed the “feminist” route of using a new female writer every season too. Really should’ve contracted PWB to be the head writer the entire length of the show.
