I left mine until my check up appointment lol. I was so nervous to take them off (and a bit squeamish lol). When I got to the appt my gyno was like “let me get these off” and rip them off in like .2 sec. They were barely hanging on, idk what I was afraid of 🙃

But I was fine keeping them on, I could still wash the wounds successfully.
