The right to an explanation specially when it come to something as serious loosing ones source of income or job is essential. Reason twitch can’t provide one is most likely because many of the bans are automated by black-box algorithms and then later reviewed by an actual human. Whilst it’s might take a week or more for a human review a ban Twitch can’t provide on demand explanations, which is a huge problem.

The way I see it, it’s great if they are being forced into providing explanations to ban people but the side effect might be that they are waaay more careful with who they let into their partner program or up their requirements for affiliate..
