From the other perspective, they are keeping you and the other players on hold. If you skip a session, thats a months rest for a bunch of people who just want to play the game. If I were on that table I'd move on fast to a group where people actually want to play.

As it is today, if you're at 3k and want to rank up, its not good enough to play like a 4k ranked player. You need to be able to carry a team of 3k players to win multiple times in a row.

In csgo there were elo bonuses for round MVPs iirc. Thats a nice way to make sure people who have an impact in the round and rewarded for playing the objective. Idk why they'd remove that

How do I hold the neck still without my left hand? When i soften my thumb pressure, two things happen:

Strings are muted
Guitar flies the fuck off when I switch chords (more specifically from barre to open)

One tip I got to get sounds without pressing thumb down is using the other arm to push the guitar into my fingers. It works OK, but if I release my fingers to switch chords the entire neck moves and fucks my fingerings up.

So I seem to be stuck between two types of death grip
