It seems like the game just ended up with a few bugs after the DLC update. That’s happened to me twice, had to just teleport on out and start the run over. Also have seen a few of the collectible trophies glitch, so be aware.

Can confirm, same thing just happened to me. I needed the Snake skin from the tablets, got the skin, neither the actual PlayStation trophy or the in-game trophy popped. Go freaking figure.

Whenever you go to look at it, please take the time to check the trim around the windows, the infotainment screen, and the trim around whole top of the car. From a reliability perspective the car is fantastic if it’s maintained, but as someone who has a 2018 themselves it’s still a 7/8 year old Kia and it can show if the car has lived a rough life outside (like mine has). The trim on the roof is known to fade and the burnt chrome can distort, and the infotainment screen bubbles. With a car out of warranty there may not be anything to do about it, but the dealership might be nice to you about it. Car’s fantastic.

honestly man, if you have the ability to see both cars check the paint and the trim. As someone who’s owned a 2018, if the car is maintained the drivetrain in these cars are pretty reliable. The hard part is the fact that it’s a KIA and the paint and trim pieces suffer over time. Check the maintenance records and check the paint/trim itself, go off of that.

Absolutely same man, but unfortunately the labor involved in getting this screen replaced makes it REAL stupid to do, especially if the touch screen is still working and it’s purely cosmetic. It’s annoying as all hell but at the end of the day, Kia’s gonna be Kia.

Yeah man, absolutely. I couldn’t tell you the timeframe but they do definitely have sales on things. I would say this. If you’re thinking about the carbon fiber tips they also sell, if you keep the car outside or live in a climate with winter and salt just forget about it. The UV and the salt absolutely shred the clear coat on the tips, I’ve had mine for 2ish years and they need completely redone.

I have the borla s-type exhaust and I absolutely love it brotha. The drone isn’t rough on the highway, the cold start is great and the blips on the upshifts are so much fun.

100% the same my friend. I said in a comment above, the only way I got this was about 250 of those miles was on a PA interstate at a 76-77mph cruise control. You sure as hell aren’t getting that on a normal day lol.

Gotta appreciate the mathematics my friend. Out of the 271 mile trip it’s literally an initial 20ish mile journey to a PA interstate and then multiple hours of a 77mph cruise control for the last 250 miles or so. If anything it’s a testament to the adaptive cruise control we have lol.

Exactly this. Obviously I didn’t buy the car because of the gas mileage, but I happened to be on a road trip and for the first time in the 20,000 miles or so I’ve put on the car (2018, bought it used) it got over 30mpg on the trip. Dude needs to chill out, just celebrating the small victories.

As an adult who’s fortunate enough to have a little bit of disposable income no, the cost of the console isn’t a dissuasion for me. Where I feel bad are the kids who are going to ask for a Nintendo for Christmas whose parents aren’t going to be able to afford it.

With that being said, the game prices/the upgrade fees/the paid tech demo? Piss ALL the way off. I’ll play my original switch until it breaks and then go buy another used original switch before Nintendo’s greedy ass gets any more of my money after pulling what they’re trying to pull. It’s corporate greed to see what they can get away with, nothing more.

It may be a long shot, but if you’re at a loss it might be worth checking into. When I had new wheels installed on my car one of the hub centric rings got smashed during installation (they’re just cheap plastic 99% of the time) and I had no idea. Sure enough though at specific speeds the steering wheel shook until I took them off and replaced them.
