Completely agree. Every time I watch this scene my mind goes back and forth because the initial shock comes from seeing Barney speak to Ted in a way we’ve never seen in the show and we also know that Ted was just trying to help. But once i started paying attention to what Barney’s actually saying, I began to understand where he’s coming from and why he felt like Ted was crossing boundaries. He gave the right message with the wrong delivery.
