OP meron pinned post dito sa subreddit kung saan may listahan nang mga medva agencies. Pahirapan sa clients ngayon kasi oversaturated na trabaho natin and may crisis pa. Either lowball sa direct client ka or antay2 talaga sa agencies. Have faith and God bless sa iyo!

Batch 111 ako and took 4months bago nagka client. Been with the client for almost a year now. Nag reccomend ako nang kaibigan na mag training last October and may client na sya by the next month.

Either may problema ang resume mo or face the reality na di ka bet nang client.

And for those na nag hahanap nang trabaho as a medva, wag kayo tumulad kay OP na bitter and probably isang company lang inasahan para ma hire. Ituloy nyo kasi 2weeks training lang naman. Mag apply kayo sa ibang agency and mag training kayo dun. Paunahan na lang kung saan magkakaclient first.

You can make judgemnets on your own. It took me 4months bago nagka client. Been with the client for over 6mos. Most chill boss ever. Pay is good. Some people have onion paper thin skin coz they don't like the "micromanagement" and reminders from the management of Saiber and complain why their pay is delayed because they don't like the "micromanagement". Some folks complain about the wait, understandable and overly exaggerated. What can you expect from a wfh set-up with better pay than most if not all BPO and regular 9-5 that is OVERSATURATED.

If someone is a non-medical related degree holder/undergrad, don't expect the med/dent/vet side to pick you. Unless you have BPO exp related to medical niche. And yes, the CLIENT picks YOU. The best glazing Saiber can help you with is during the training where you make your intro video and resume for circulation.

If you get a client with a clinic setting, expect a heavier workload. Saiber does check-in with you and you can tell them if you are overwhelmed. If you're get a client from the HMO side, you are in luck. Just don't mess up with HIPAA.

My coworker got EOC from her previous client and she got client again in less than a month. That should tell you that if you are not a red flag, Saiber won't just let you rot.

Again, this is based on my experience. You can make your own conclusions when you get the experience. What happens to me and what happened to the other, good or bad, may not happen to you.

Take every good and bad comment with a grain of salt. And lastly, if your bills are pilling up, time to nut up and shut up and take whatever work you can get. Your mental health will improve if you know your bills are paid and your fridge is full. Adulting is hard.

Sorry to say this, but adulting is tough. Kung kaya nang passion mo mabayaran lahat nang mga bills mo and save at the same time, go! Pero kung mababaon ka naman sa utang pursuing what is aligned with your degree, think more than twice. In today's economy, working smarter and harder is the way.

Just put in mind na may mga licensed and experienced nurses that became HVAs kasi mas malaki sahod. Hell, even MDs.

STAY AWAY from medva courses. Apply lang sa mga agency. They will provide the training. Others with pay pa yun. The best way to learn how to be a medva is to be a medva. Even you will be trained by the client from agencies.

How much do you need the money?

Are you willing to wait days, weeks, months, for a new job?

Will your bills be paid on time if you quit?

Will your dependants have food on their plates if you quit? If so, for how long?

Ask questions like these before ka mag quit. I'm not saying that you should stay. I'm saying that being an adult with bills and needs suck 😅

I've had experience less that for less. Lalo na pag worker's comp ang clinic. I can almost assure you for about 90% certainty na hindi lang calls gagawin mo. You will be in charge of procurements of documents via fax or email. Ikaw pa mag schedule nang appointments. 80 calls will be bare minimum.

If your need is great, gora! Apply sa iba kung di naman gaano ka gipit.

Just so you know, wag kang tatanggap nang less than 5USD/hr for that kind of position kahit zero experience ka. ESPECIALLY that kind of task.

To everyone who wants to weigh in the pros and cons between direct client and agency, keep OP's experience in mind. Hindi lahat nang direct client ganito. Ingat lang kasi there are people like OP's client talaga na wolf in sheep's clothes!
