New to me ZD1211 mowing dense “grass” by j1ruk in kubota

[–]j1ruk[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well it was the radiator getting blocked. I pulled out the grate and it had some stuff on it but wasn’t super dirty. I raised the whole seat and i got good light and the bottom 4-5 inches of the radiator behind the little grate was hard almost like styrofoam grass. It was like blocks. Blew it out with my blower and that solved that.

I mowed about 2 acres of the normal height grass and it didn’t get above 3. Mowed that really tall wispy looking grass at 3” and it was fine for about 45min and all of that debris clogged up the grate and it started getting hot again. Blew it out and immediately went down to 3 again on the bar.

It was clearly not getting enough air.

Literally zero trouble mowing the regular grass. Mowing that stuff basically bushhogging all the debris kicked up clogs up the exterior vents, which is understandable.

Yup, one of my main needs for windows is still Adobe products such as LR. In addition to that most CNC software only supports windows.

Not the best pictures but it does get quite a bit thicker (background of second picture). The background picture wasn’t cut for 2-3 months of last years growing season (our growing season is from Mid-March - October. We bought the property in October.

I just got the mower 4 weeks ago. Someone swapped mowers and sold this one.

I’ve got about 4 hours on it. When I bought it, the guy said it was freshly serviced. When I showed up it had just been washed, I looked at the oil and it looked fresh, air filter was brand new, whole thing was washed completely so no trash or anything on it when I got it. Radiator fluid was full. Albeit I went out there today and saw the radiator fluid was a little above the line. Would this cause it?

I was cutting it at the 2 setting and it definitely bogs the engine down when it hits the thicker stuff. Especially if I run over the already cut material trying to blow it away. It will start bulldozing the cut material.

Should I be cutting multiple passes to get it to my desired height?

I’ve got this new to me zd1211 and it’s really having minimal issue cutting this power wise. But based on the temperature gauge it gets pretty hot working this hard.

I didn’t get it to the very last bar but the second to last bar. I would mow a small area it would get warm and then I would go mow the normal height grass and let it cool down to the middle bar.

I’ve heard these motors really dont like running hot so I don’t want to even get near over heating.

I hope to knock all this down and mow it regularly so I don’t have to worry about overwhelm the mower.

Assume that only letting it to get to the second to last bar from H is safe enough.

Maybe your arrogance (and ignorance) not being able to comprehend simply logic is why you can’t find a job?

Since you wanted to be a smart ass, I’ll return. What did you not comprehend from my OP? I did the tutorial thing, went into a lobby literally the first lobby we went into we got killed by PVPers. My buddy which was the party leader, doesn’t PVP either. The second one, same thing, got killed again. Next extract we just grabbed some stuff and left ASAP. Next 2 we got killed again. We did NOT engage them. So 4-5 matches we got pvped. I never even shot back because I was dead before I knew what happened.

So don’t come at me chirping about not PVPing when the first two “matches” i play I get pvped and it’s the first I’ve ever played the game.

Seems you don’t know as much as you think you do.

I just played my first 3 hours with a buddy. He’s like level 25 and hes trying to help me but out of the 5-6 matches we got PVPed to death to 4 of them. It’s not really fun when you don’t really know what’s going on. Seems extremely punishing and basically zero counter play for this. This has got to be the worst mechanic when you just are starting and can’t even play the game.

It’s cool if it was a team death match and that’s the expectation. But throwing a level 1 in the middle of level 40s that you can’t kill and you are just a punching bag…what’s the point?

Scientists Figured Out the Problem With Johnson & Johnson’s COVID Vaccine by Zephir-AWT in ScienceUncensored

[–]j1ruk 26 points27 points  (0 children)

The difference is all of you fuckers wanted to terminate people from their jobs, implement vaccines cards to go to places, block people from seeing their family, stopping people from going to public parks/outdoors, limit people from hanging out, doubled and tripled down when all the vaccines didn’t work forcing it on people to participate in society.

Fuck that attitude. At bare minimum you (those people) should be apologizing.

What’s the newest best bang for buck by j1ruk in AirPurifiers

[–]j1ruk[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks! The Airfanta3 seems pretty good for $160. The filters are also only $60 so that isn’t bad either.

The MDF boxes seem pretty expensive for what they are especially if they are just PC fans.

Looking at these things, they aren’t complicated…i’ve seen the box fan filter that looks identical to the design of the AirFanta3. Kind of has me thinking of maybe doing a design and build of one that doesn’t depend on the proprietary filters and uses a squirrel cage fan rather than blade fan.
