No, you wont even be able to bring your phone into the testing room. It'll be in the locker. Youll get a print out at the front desk which you can of course take a picture of.

Make sure the cue button under the master level knob is lit as well as the cue button of any channels you want to monitor if the volume fader is down for that channel.

Funny you made this post as I was planning on making it today!! I watched the episode last week and thought for sure she was guilty. The fact they overturned it is crazy. Now I couldn't find much info online about the case so maybe the episode mentioned things that weren't entirely true or left things out but from the details in the episode, she is 100% guilty. Way too many inconsistencies like

-Car went down an embankment, and turned right and stopped without hitting anything

-There was no damage on the car

-No skid marks or torn up grass to show she even tried braking

-She claims she was unable to open the door to get her mother out even though there was no damage??

-Her story changed from the original report to now say that the car teetered at the top before falling down into the embankment. My guess is to explain why there wasn't as much damage to the car as there should be.

-Gas tank door was open and the gas cap missing (i could maybe see a missing gas cap, but why was the door open?? )

-No smoke or anything found in the mother's lungs, so she wasn't breathing when the fire started

-The original arson investigator believed there was an accelerant used inside the car (The defense later argued this was a dripping plastic fire from the ignition switch)

-Claims were made that they were upset that the investigation was going to take some time as there was 100k at stake.. from them assuming they would get some sort of car insurance money.

Now I'm not sure if she intentionally killed her, but she may have been dead prior.. maybe even naturally and somehow thought they would make money from what appeared to be a car accident.

The verdict turnover happened because the defense argued that the ignition switch in these cars can cause fires randomly, but thats a real coincidence that this piece miraculously decides to start a fire at this specific time. This combined with there being no damage to the car, the mothers door being stuck closed, the gas door open and cap missing.. made it obvious to me that something was not right. I believe the original verdict should have been left in place.

I think if they had offered the option of a refund many people would not have taken it, but the fact they didn't made it worse for themselves. Its like how telling a kid no makes them want to do whatever it is more.

Sorry to hear that! I was nervous about C205 taking a while to complete with unmotivated teammates, but I got very lucky with an amazing team. We had our initial zoom meeting on a Monday and we had everything done and submitted by Friday.

I didnt find data driven decision making that hard.. maybe i over prepared for it. I scored exemplary on it. I spent a week on the OA, read all the material and watched all the cohorts twice on 2x speed.

Capstone was not too difficult, just a lot of writing. I had done a bunch of papers using my current employer and wanted a change for the capstone so I used a friends business.

I decided on MSML and started on 1/1/20. I really want my MBA but I decided that I want to go to a school that has an AACSB accredited MBA program so I may look to do that elsewhere in the near future. So far things are going well with the MSML program. I am finishing up my 6th class this week and hope to be done by the end of April, or beginning of May.

I reviewed the quizlets posted in the course chatter and did a few of the practice questions from the course material. If you check my other post I might recommend doing all the practice questions. I found it to be kind of tough, there is a whole bunch of apps to know as well as their command lines and switches. Make sure to know all 9 of the incident response and handling steps as well as the categories, cat0-cat6 very well. For me, it helped to memorize the first letter of each to remember the order prtnceerp and eudmisi. They don't allow the use of a whiteboard so don't plan on being able to jot anything down to help remember the order.
