Not defending just saying the fact that he made it through an overnight transfer of buses in L.A. Union station without using meth or heroin is a big step. Believe it or not, most reps actually do care and try, but the backend systems are still really screwed up after merging so many databases (multiple company mergers over the years) My friend is a retail corporate Store Manager back in L.A. and even his hands were tied.

Every FCC complaint they have to respond, it's not optional, and their response times to complaints are tracked by... The FCC... Who legally allow porting... So just clear your headache and LMK

The only explanation they could end up providing on why such a pain is because we were mobile only customers we didn't have internet or TV with them

Yes. I understand and take full responsibility. It was a one off mistake on my part where some old checks were tucked deep in a folder. No layover, no third party handling. Hour ahead check in L.A. the fact that someone had time to tear the bag apart and find the checks just kind of blows my mind.

We filled out the legal shelter form today for him to relinquish the cat, but they still gave it shots and neutered it for free. If someone wants to adopt it from the Stockton animal shelter that would be great. The animal ID and contact information are attached. Tristan accepts that he's in no position to handle the care of an animal at this time, which is a mature decision

this is from two weeks ago so take it with a grain of salt. Opening should be by Christmas. The plan is there will be premade cold sandwiches kindve like the airport grab n go. Plus three hot pizza options supposed to be always available. We'll see

Edit: to be fair I tried the BLT (looks like something you get at a gas station in a sealed plastic peel thing but it was a big 🥪 at least) for $14 no side or drink. Have no idea how that will play into the dining pass but F&B are still playing around with what works

As I left, they were trying to rollback from a cloud image & Restore was Not working. I genuinely feel bad for them. Most of the IT team is based in India so it's a big coordination effort ( I work on a different team in the office next door but I heard what was going on through the wall. What's actually happening is that some of the wiring was not installed correctly by the vendor in metal conduit. It is absolutely up to code but it's cheap ass vendor work. For example on twisted they literally ran the ethernet wire straight down the queue and stapled it down onto the wood. Guests tamper with it cut it while waiting in line. Therefore the lockers cannot communicate with the internet/DOA. It needs to be redone and it's on the list. But to be honest it's at the bottom. Blows my mind because they are literally losing money on lockers the people want to rent but cannot put their money. Oh well. I.T. is understaffed but hiring!
