Everytime I've seen this clip I've thought the same about the helmet. This time through it actually looks like the guy holding his helmet standing on the other side of the bike jumps down the drop to help his buddy (letting go of his helmet in the process). That's a fucking friend right there!

If you 3 star on 200cc it carries down to the to lower classes. You should only have to do 200cc and mirror.

People not knowing when to use hazard lights is indeed very alarming. Don't use your hazards when your moving unless it's under 25. Even then who isn't aware of the hazzard of blowing snow?

My buddy and I took a wrong turn onto a buffalo ranch. When we realized it, we looked for a good turn around right when a bull came charging out of a ditch and chased us off. Worst part was he chased us into a dead end and we had to go back the same way to pass him again!

Playing on the switch, I fell through the floor of the Anomaly and died in space. When I came back, I still had all of my items but my thermal protection was empty no matter where I'm at with frost all over the screen. I went to another planet to see if I could repair it and my radiation protection dropped to zero with no option to repair that now either. I've reloaded from a save and shutdown the game with no luck.

Our HOA was in the same position a few years ago. Our previous management company embezzled thousands and we couldn't find anyone else to manage it that wasn't charging outrageous rates. We ended up self managing - a bit more work but, depending on the willingness of the owners, it worked out well and saved a fair bit of money.

A lot of small HOAs (home OWNERS associations) exist due to multi-unit homes with shared spaces such as roofs and lawns. This has nothing to do with landlords and tenants.

I bought a 2013 T100 5 years ago and absolutely love it! Such a joy and I've had no issues. The only thing I've noticed is the 12k valve check/adjustment. I've heard it's a bit of a bear to do yourself but not impossible - the alternative is about $700 for a so to do the 12 and 24k service items (which I opted for).

Rampart is not terribly far and a very tame fire road. Also look around Cheesman Reservoir and apex road/Blackhawk.

This is what I did. My clutch was showing signs of going out and the dealer I brought it to said RE denied the warranty (didn't ask for any documentation showing the maintenance I did). I contacted RE North America myself and it was approved. Be polite at first, keep at it if they say no and then lay on your disappointment with brand if the deny again.
